Fixed guides are operated by a rope. The blind is lowered down the guides and then fixed using a cleat. To open the blind, just tug the rope and the blind will retract back into the hood. These blinds are great for second story windows where the rope is operated internally or for windows where access is limited. Available in a large range of fabrics, colours and patterns.
